Is the whole business free to run?
No. The Neocart base software is free. Setup is a one-time A$999 plus GST; hosting, domain and external provider costs are separate. Your written quote confirms scope and the payable amount.
Is A$999 the full cost of the first year?
No. A$999 plus GST is the one-time setup. Hosting, domain, payment processing, delivery and any additional agreed work are separate. Your written quote confirms the full payable amount.
Can I run the store in English?
We agree your storefront language and content requirements during scoping, including an English-language launch for your Australian audience. The optional external Neocart planner currently has a Hungarian interface; you can instead plan directly with AWA in English.
Are Shopify and custom builds also free?
No. This offer is for the Neocart base shop. Shopify, WooCommerce, Medusa migrations and bespoke integrations remain separate projects with their own terms and provider costs.
Can I bring an existing shop?
Yes, we can assess the catalogue, data and URLs. Migration and additional integration work are separately scoped; they are not automatically included in the A$999 setup.
Does the founding-client discount also apply?
This is a separate campaign from the founding-client programme. Do not assume the discounts combine; any additional agreed offer must be stated in your written quote.
Who handles payments and delivery?
You contract with the providers. AWA configures the connections agreed in your scope. Availability, account approval and provider fees are checked before the build.
