Service 05 · AI assistants & internal tools

Answers from your content.
A person when it counts.

Website chat that answers from your pages and documents, shows its sources, and hands over when a person should decide. Plus small internal tools that take repetitive work off your team and leave a draft for review.

What’s included

AI assistants & internal tools.

Everything here is scoped to your content and your process. Your team reviews each draft before it is sent or saved, and the chat hands over when a person should decide.

01

Website chat on your content

An assistant that answers from your pages and documents, so replies reflect your business rather than generic AI answers.

02

Sources and human handover

Answers can show the page or document they came from. When a person should decide, the chat hands over.

03

Email, documents, invoices and quotes

Incoming email, documents, invoices and quotes are turned into drafts. Your team reviews each one before it is sent or saved.

04

Dashboards and admin tools

Small internal dashboards and admin tools for repeat jobs, so your team has one place to review the work.

05

Guardrails, logging and privacy

We set limits on what the assistant can say and do, log what it did, and include the privacy settings you ask for.

06

Your choice of model

OpenAI, Anthropic Claude or Google Gemini. We choose with you for the job, and we tell you which model is in use.

See it in action

See it with sample data

The plumbing chat below answers from sample pages, shows its sources, and hands over when a customer wants an exact quote. The invoice demo fills in a draft invoice and stops for a person to review it.

Use cases

Where it makes a difference.

Typical Australian businesses we build this for. Examples, not client stories.

A Sydney plumber

The situation
You get the same after-hours questions about service area, call-out timing, and whether the job needs a visit.
What we do
We train a website assistant on your pages and documents. It shows its sources and hands over when a customer wants an exact quote.
The outcome
People get a straight answer after hours. You step in for the quote, with the question already clear.

A Gold Coast surf shop

The situation
Your team is with customers on the floor, while the same sizing, stock and shipping questions keep arriving on the site.
What we do
We add a chat assistant grounded in your product pages and policies. It hands over returns and custom-order questions, and anything else it should not decide.
The outcome
Shoppers get answers from your own pages while you serve the floor. Your team takes the questions that need a human.

A Melbourne B2B supplier

The situation
Invoices, quotes and supplier emails arrive all week, and someone retypes the same fields every afternoon.
What we do
We build a tool that reads those emails and documents and fills in a draft invoice or quote. Your team reviews it before it goes out.
The outcome
The copying is done before anyone checks it. Your people spend their time on the figures, then approve or correct the draft.

Our own website assistant answers from our content, and our AI-assisted pipeline audited and rewrote 152 website templates, with every change checked before it shipped.

How it works

Clear steps. No surprises.

  1. 01

We map the work with you

You show us the questions, documents and repeat jobs. Together we mark what the assistant may answer, what it must hand over, and what stays a draft until you approve it.

  2. 02

    We build it under supervision

Chris Conen supervises our AI engineers, Architect and Astra. They write the code, then test and review the assistant or internal tool against your content and the rules you set.

  3. 03

    We check the guardrails

We test sources, handover and the review step. We set logging, privacy settings and limits on what the system is allowed to do before it goes live.

  4. 04

Chris stays your point of contact

You deal with Chris, and we work Australia-wide. When your pages or your process change, we update the tool, and you can see what it handled.

Questions

Good to know.

Who will I actually work with?

You work with Chris Conen. He supervises Architect and Astra, the AI engineers who write, test and review the code. One point of contact, no account manager, Australia-wide. Chris built and runs NEXUS, our website chatbot, which answers from the studio's own content. He also uses an AI-assisted pipeline that audited and rewrote 152 website templates, each checked visually.

What does the assistant answer, and when does it hand over?

It answers from your pages and documents, and it can show the source. Where that material is silent, or you want a person to decide, it hands over. The plumbing demo on this page does that for an exact quote. We set those rules with you.

Does the Privacy Act cover a small business?

The OAIC says the Privacy Act 1988 covers organisations with annual turnover of more than $3 million and Australian Government agencies. Most small businesses with annual turnover of $3 million or less are not covered, except listed cases: health service providers, trading in personal information, Commonwealth contracts and residential tenancy databases. We work to that guidance. Ask a lawyer.

What privacy-policy change starts on 10 December 2026?

The OAIC said on 30 September 2026 that from 10 December 2026, APP 1.8 will require an APP entity's privacy policy to state the kinds of personal information a program uses to make, or substantially help make, a decision that could significantly affect a person's rights or interests, and the decisions involved. We work to APP 1.8; ask a lawyer.

If a chatbot misleads a customer, are we liable?

The ACCC's submission to the Parliamentary Joint Select Committee on Artificial Intelligence says a business would be liable under the Australian Consumer Law for a misleading representation by an AI customer-service chatbot, just as for its website or an employee. We keep answers tied to your sources and hand over rather than guess. Ask a lawyer about your own obligations.

Show us the work you repeat

You deal with Chris Conen as your one point of contact, and we work Australia-wide. Bring the questions customers ask and the documents your team retypes. We will say what an assistant can answer, what it should hand over, and what should stay a draft for review.

Next step

Let’s build what’s next.

We work in writing, so every decision is on record and time zones don’t matter. Send a five-minute brief and get a written plan and a fixed quote within two business days, from Chris, not a sales team.
